We have been going on holidays to Greece for over 12 years now. During our summer drive-abouts, we stumbled upon the Peloponessos peninsula. We enjoyed our stay in the little town of Methoni so much, that we decided to return there every year.

Over the last couple of years we have gotten to know a lot of people in Methoni, including the owners of the La Sapienza and Dimitris appartments. We stay there every summer too. The prevent excessive additional costs of the travel agents, our friends would like to offer you the possibility of renting the appartments directly from them. Unfortunately the language barrier makes it difficult for them. That is why we have created this site.

We only serve as your primary contact on behalf of the owners, our services are completely free of charge.

In case you would like to make a reservation in an appartment, you'll need to make an advance payment of 15% to us. The remaining amount will be paid to the owner of the appartment during your stay in Greece. There are NO reservation costs involved. If you cancel your reservation up to 6 weeks before your stay, you will get a full refund, minus €10,- administration costs. If you cancel your reservation from 6 up to 4 weeks before your stay, you will receive a 50% refund, minus €10,- administration costs. If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to your stay, there will be no more refund possible.
