In the tables below you'll find the current prices for the appartments in La Sapienza and Dimitris Appartments.

If you decide to make a reservation, you'll need to make an advance payment of 15% of the total costs to us. The remaining costs will be paid to the owner during your stay. We charge NO reservation costs.

The prices below are per appartment, per night, at a 4 person minimum occupancy. If you make a reservation for less than 4 persons, we will charge for 4 persons. If you would like to make a reservation for more than 4 persons, please contact us.
All prices include: cleaning (at departure), electricity, towels and bed linen. Towels and linen are changed twice a week.

The prices below are per person, per night, at a 4 person minimum occupancy. Reservations for less than 4 persons will be charged for 4 persons. All prices include: cleaning (at departure), electricity, towels and bed linen; towels and linen will be changed twice a week.

• Example 1: You would like to make a reservation for 4 persons in July. You will pay: 4 x €25 = €100 a night. For 6 persons you would pay 6 x €25 = €150.
• Example 2: You would like to make a reservation for a medium appartment for 3 persons in September. Then you will pay the minimum price of 4 persons: 4 x €15 = €60 a night.

If you cancel your reservation up to 6 weeks before your stay, you will get a full refund, minus €10,- administration costs. If you cancel your reservation from 6 up to 4 weeks before your stay, you will receive a 50% refund, minus €10,- administration costs. If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to your stay, there will be no more refund possible.
